Vegan Sea Salt Fudge

- 1 cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the cashew butter and coconut oil. Keep stirring while you add in the maple syrup, cocoa powder and sea salt.
Line a pan with parchment paper and transfer the mix inside. Flatten the top with a spatula.
Put pan in the freezer and let sit for about an hour.
Remove from the freezer and top with extra sea salt. Slice into small squares and serve.
