- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup Just Egg
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup orange juice

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, Just Egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
