This Vegan Pumpkin Bread is all about warm autumn spices and rich pumpkin flavor. It's simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup Just Egg
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, Just Egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
