Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 medium-sized bananas
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, cane sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Add the bananas, almond milk, and coconut oil, and mix until combined.
  • Add in the chocolate chunks, leaving the chocolate chips to put on top.
  • Pour the batter into a 9 X 5 inch bread pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and put in the oven.
  • Bake for 65-70 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
