Vegan BLT Sandwich

This Vegan BLT Sandwich is savory, crispy, umami-packed, and so easy to make. Ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

Sandwich

  • 6 strips vegan bacon (I use Sweet Earth Benevolent Bacon)
  • 3 tablespoon lettuce
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon vegenaise
  • sourdough bread/bread of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Start by cooking your bacon in a pan on the stove. Flip it over twice to ensure it’s cooked evenly.
  • While the bacon is cooking, slice your bread in half and add the vegenaise, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bread.
  • When the bacon is done, add to the sandwich and top with additional mayo and tomatoes (if desired).
  • Close the sandwich, and enjoy.
