Vegan BLT Sandwich

Sandwich
- 6 strips vegan bacon (I use Sweet Earth Benevolent Bacon)
- 3 tablespoon lettuce
- 1 roma tomato, sliced
- 2 tablespoon vegenaise
- sourdough bread/bread of your choice
Get Recipe Ingredients
Start by cooking your bacon in a pan on the stove. Flip it over twice to ensure it’s cooked evenly.
While the bacon is cooking, slice your bread in half and add the vegenaise, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bread.
When the bacon is done, add to the sandwich and top with additional mayo and tomatoes (if desired).
Close the sandwich, and enjoy.
