Vegan Affogato

- 3-4 scoops scoops of vegan vanilla bean ice cream (or your favorite)
- 1 shot espresso
- 1 vegan salty dark chocolate bar (chopped)
Caramel
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ¾ cup brown sugar
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix brown sugar and coconut cream in a pot on the stove until bubbly.
Stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. As it cools, caramel will thicken.
Next, brew a shot of espresso.
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a glass.
Pour the espresso over the ice cream.
Drizzle the caramel over the top.
Garnish with chopped vegan chocolate
