This Triple Berry Smoothie is a delicious blend of blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries, perfectly complemented by the natural sweetness of apple, mandarin, and dates.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled
  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1 mandarin peeled and segmented
  • 2 dates pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
