- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 12 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1.5 cups coconut sugar
- 8 tablespoon brown sugar
- 6 tablespoon Just Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chunks
- Flaky salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, coconut sugar, brown sugar, Just Egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chunks and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle the top with flaky salt, if desired.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
