How to Make Vegan Pumpkin Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, Just Egg, vegetable oil, and orange juice. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the loaf to cool before slicing.
