    1. Chill your glasses: This simple step ensures your ice cream stays perfectly scoop-able while the espresso works its magic.
    2. Scoop your vegan ice cream: Choose your favorite flavor, be it a classic vanilla or a decadent dark chocolate.
    3. Brew your espresso or strong coffee: A single shot of espresso per scoop of ice cream is the ideal balance of intensity and sweetness.
    4. Pour the espresso over the ice cream: Watch as the warm liquid creates a swirl of coffee-infused ice cream.
    5. Drizzle your desired toppings: Add vegan caramel for an extra layer of decadence.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3-4 scoops scoops of vegan vanilla bean ice cream (or your favorite)
    • 1 shot espresso
    • 1 vegan salty dark chocolate bar (chopped)

    Caramel

    • 1 cup coconut cream
    • ¾ cup brown sugar

    • Mix brown sugar and coconut cream in a pot on the stove until bubbly.
