    Chocolate Sea Salt Fudge

    Chocolate Sea Salt Fudge is a popular treat during the holiday season, but that’s not to say there’s anything wrong with enjoying it throughout the year. This chocolatey dessert comes together with just a few simple ingredients, including cocoa, cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt. Along with its minimal ingredients, it’s also a no-bake dessert.

    Chocolate sea salt fudge is made by combining chocolate and cream in a pot over low heat. Once the chocolate has melted, the salt is added and the mixture is stirred until it is smooth. The fudge is then poured into a mold and allowed to cool. Once it has cooled, it can be cut into pieces and enjoyed.

    To get started, put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together the cocoa powder, sea salt, cashew butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Once everything is mixed well, line a 9 X 5 bread pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture inside. Flatten the top of the batter and put the pan in the freezer for about an hour. Once it’s set, take it out of the freezer, top with chunks of sea salt, slice into square or rectangular chunks, and serve.


    This easy vegan chocolate sea salt fudge recipe is so good. It’s rich, chocolatey, and has the perfect amount of salty sweetness. The key to this recipe is to use high-quality vegan chocolate. I like to use dark chocolate that is at least 60% cacao. Then, I add in a bit of unrefined sea salt to really bring out the flavors. The result is an insanely delicious vegan chocolate fudge.

    • 1 cup cashew butter
    • ¼ cup cocoa powder
    • ⅓ cup coconut oil

    • ½ teaspoon sea salt

    • In a large bowl, mix together the cashew butter and coconut oil. Keep stirring while you add in the maple syrup, cocoa powder and sea salt.
    • Line a pan with parchment paper and transfer the mix inside. Flatten the top with a spatula.
    • Put pan in the freezer and let sit for about an hour.
    • Remove from the freezer and top with extra sea salt. Slice into small squares and serve.
