How to Make Cherry Mango Magic Smoothie
Toss a cup of frozen mango chunks, half a cup each of frozen cherries and fresh strawberries, a handful of spinach, and a large ripe banana into your blender. Add a tablespoon of protein-packed hemp seeds, pour in a cup of unsweetened almond milk, and toss in a pitted medjool date for natural sweetness.
Pulse a few times until the smoothie becomes creamy. If you need a thinner consistency, add more almond milk. The banana and date should keep things sweet, but feel free to adjust the sweetness with extra date or a drizzle of maple syrup. Top with extra hemp seeds, and enjoy!
Tips:
- Don’t be shy with the spinach! It adds vitamins and minerals without overpowering the flavor.
- Hemp seeds are your plant-based protein buddies, making this smoothie a satisfying snack or even a light meal.
- Get creative by adding blueberries, lime juice, or even a pinch of ground ginger for a new twist on the smoothie.
You can store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Remember, the spinach might change color slightly, but the taste and nutrition will still be top-notch.
