Vegan Garlic Bread

Vegan garlic bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side. It is made with common pantry items like garlic, olive oil, and French bread. The bread is sliced then slathered with a garlicky butter mixture, and then toasted in the oven. Ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of vegan french bread sliced
  • ½ cup of vegan butter - melted
  • 6 cloves of garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, combine melted vegan butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the bread in half sliced or lengthwise.
  • Spread the vegan butter mixture evenly over the baguette slices or halves.
  • Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese, if using.
  • Place the baguette slices or halves on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
