Vegan Garlic Bread
Vegan garlic bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side. It is made with common pantry items like garlic, olive oil, and French bread. The bread is sliced then slathered with a garlicky butter mixture, and then toasted in the oven. Ready in just 25 minutes!

- 1 loaf of vegan french bread sliced
- ½ cup of vegan butter - melted
- 6 cloves of garlic - minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine melted vegan butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cut the bread in half sliced or lengthwise.
Spread the vegan butter mixture evenly over the baguette slices or halves.
Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese, if using.
Place the baguette slices or halves on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
