    This easy vegan banana bread is a classic. It’s the perfect Vegan Breakfast or plant-based dessert that is packed with delicious flavors. The spice from cinnamon adds a warm and comforting aroma to your kitchen, while the crunchy walnuts give it a textural contrast to the soft, tender crumb. Yum!

    How to Make Vegan Cinnamon Walnut Banana Bread

    To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together one cup of mashed ripe bananas, half a cup of granulated sugar, a quarter cup of packed light brown sugar, a quarter cup of unsweetened applesauce, and a quarter cup of Just Egg.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together two and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking soda, and one teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in half a cup of chopped walnuts, if using.

    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Savor your delectable vegan banana bread!

    Tips:

    • If you prefer a sweeter banana bread, add an extra ¼ cup of granulated sugar.
    • To make a more moist banana bread, add an extra ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce.

    • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
