    This Orange Turmeric Tonic plant-based juice is bursting with health benefits and flavor 🧡

    I’m telling you, this radiant juice is potent. It makes me feel like I have superpowers! ✨ And there’s a good reason for that: this healthy vegan juice is anti-inflammatory, helpful for digestion, and offers a whole host of cleansing benefits. Also, it’s incredibly delicious.

    How to Make Orange Turmeric Tonic

    To create this vibrant juice, toss all the ingredients into your juicer and process until silky smooth. Tailor the flavor to your desired taste by squeezing extra citrus for a tart tang, a touch of maple or agave for sweetness, or a pinch of cayenne for a kick. Finally, pour the juice into glasses and top with fresh orange slices or a sprig of mint. Enjoy!


    Here’s why each ingredient is a health powerhouse:

    • Oranges: Packed with vitamin C, which is essential for immune function and skin health.
    • Apples: Rich in fiber, pectin, and antioxidants, which support digestion and heart health.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3-4 oranges peeled and segmented
    • 1 apple cored and chopped
    • ½ beet scrubbed and chopped
    • 1 small carrot chopped
    • 1 inch knob of ginger peeled and grated
    • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
    • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
    • ¼ cup water optional, to adjust consistency
    • Fresh orange slices and/or a sprig of mint for garnish (optional)

    Instructions
     

    • Combine all ingredients in a juicer and process until smooth. If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients in a blender, then strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve.
    • Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding a squeeze of lemon or lime juice, a touch of maple syrup or agave nectar, or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
    • If the juice is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
    • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh orange slices and/or a sprig of mint. Enjoy immediately!
