    I’ve wanted to make the perfect blueberry smoothie, and finally came up with the perfect recipe. It’s packed with so many healthy nutrients and is naturally sweet. With its blend of delicious fruits, leafy green kale, and nutrient-dense hemp seeds, this smoothie is poised to become your new go-to for radiant health.

    How to Make Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

    Start by adding the oat milk, fresh banana, and pitted date to the blender. Blending these softer ingredients first helps ensure the date fully breaks down, creating a smooth base. Once the base is smooth, add the frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend on high until the mixture is fully combined and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more oat milk and blend again until it reaches your preferred consistency.

    Once blended, taste the smoothie and add more sweetness (another date or a drizzle of maple syrup) if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor and vibrant color! If you’d like to make it extra special, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or a few whole berries on top before serving.

    Tips:

    • Adjust Sweetness – Start with one date, add more if you want it sweeter.
    • Blend in Stages – Start with oat milk, banana, and date, then add frozen berries.

    • 2 cups frozen blueberries
    • 1 cup frozen blackberries
    • 1 banana
    • 1 Medjool date pitted (for natural sweetness)
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter or cashew butter for a lighter taste
    • 1 to 1½ cups oat milk adjust for desired consistency
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for a hint of warmth
    • Pinch of cinnamon
